Lets see semester is almost over so here’s my attempt at summing it up.
Had a blast so far!!! Hmm ok met a whole bunch of fun people and really looking forward to many more years at St. John’s.
i had a blast, there were people in each class who kept me sane from boredom. In Chem Lab there was well Marina who always laughed when i messed up…it happened so much xD 8am labs just saying im not a morning person. There was Judy who helped me so much in Chem Labs because she gave me answers. Still resorting to bad habits of asking people for answers when I can kinda do it myself. Amed, Matthew (bro i’ve known for soo long and i’m so glad i’m going to the same college as him), Wai, etc.. Also cute white girl who I crushed hard on lol, main factor that made me wake up instantly in bed, but she was on the other end of the lab room so I never really got to talk to her qq.
Stats…yea I didn’t go to class except for the tests, took ap stats at stuy, got a 4 on the exam, then i tried senior year to get a 5 but got a 4 again. w.e i got my man Nicholas, we help each other and always manage to come off with high test grades. I’d be so lost in Chemistry and Stats without Nicholas as my safety net.
Chem lecture, lol well it’s practically half the class. I never sit with the same group too often, chem class is a joke…a legit time to socialize with people because no one pays attention. Managed to get an 88 and a 99 on chem exam for a good enough A or A- in the class depending on what I get on the final.
Chem Recitation was awesome lol. Such a small class, but it’s enjoyable. Dam sucks classes are over, finals week is this next week. Finished English Portfolio that’s due on Friday, Philosophy Final Paper due on Tuesday, DNY Final on Wednesday, and Chem Final on Saturday. But other than that no school monday and thursday hehe.
Oh what else, job at Duane Reade which i start tomorrow. 3 minute walk to work from home, oh nooo train delay, oh wait what? i can walk there yea it’s all good. Not a single regret for going to st.john’s because i’m loving it =) My cousin is one year older and goes there so I can always ask her for advice, I love the new friends I’ve made, and the quiet campus compared to Stuyvesant’s noisy city environment is such a great change of taste.
